Here we combine traditional and non-traditional psychotherapeutic practices with the unique benefits of a group setting to:

Group Info: This is an open group. This means that if you would like to attend, please complete the contact form on our website. We will respond to your message and speak briefly to determine whether or not the group is what you are looking for.

Date/time: Once accepted into the group and once we have established numbers, we will reach out to you about the group start date. It will take place on Tuesdays from 3:30 until 5:00 pm.

Cost: The group will cost $75.00 per session. (Sliding scale available)

About Us

Both of us have years of experience working in group therapy. We have enjoyed our work both with Process Groups as well as Psychoeducational Groups. We LOVE the growth that transpires uniquely in group therapy, however, we saw that Sonoma County lacked this specific offering. While we were both trying to figure out ways to create groups on our own, our paths crossed and we shared our intentions with one another. It was immediately apparent that our personal missions were aligned. Women. Meaning. Spirit. Connection. Cutting through the thinking that keeps us stuck. It became obvious that we MUST do this together. We joined forces, our vision grew, and here we are! We look forward to sharing our journey with you. IT IS TIME!

For the last 15 years, I have worked as a Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco’s Counseling Psychology program. I am a long time spiritual seeker and graduated from the Light body School in Olmue, Chile where I completed a 300 hour intensive training. I am currently in private practice and am passionate about living an authentic life with love, gratitude and joy!
